How do I Import a Route to AutoRead using the
IMSofTech InHance Billing Program?
When using InHance Utility Solution, a billing route file does not have to be created prior
to entering AutoRead. The route information automatically imports into AutoRead from the
InHance database. The InHance program does not need to be opened in order to import
books to AutoRead.
All the basic steps for loading and reading an HHD or VXU device remain the same as those
listed in Sections 4 and 5 of the included manual, with the exception of the Import step
described below.
After clearing the route, the next step is to Import the InHance book(s) into the AutoRead
database. To import the book(s), first make sure that correct route is still selected
(highlighted). Click the Down arrow of the Function menu at the top of the screen and
select Import from the menu by clicking Import. Then click Execute to perform the
operation.
After Executing, the Book Selection prompt displays.
