Displaying the Position Information
You can choose the way to display the position
information from three types; numerical, compass, and
numerical with GPS status.
Notes:

You may change the unit of displayed measure-
ments via the SETUP mode.

You may set the time area and offset via the SETUP
mode.

The position information will be displayed with
the screen type you have selected last time before
switching the operation mode or turning off the ra-
dio.
Numerical display
1. Press the
[
MENU
]
key to display the
MENU
screen .
2. Select
“
GPS
” on the
screen by pressing the
[
◄
]
or
[
►
]
key, and
then press the
[
ENT
]
key.
3. Select “
GPS INFO
” on
the screen by pressing
the
[
◄
]
or
[
►
]
key, and
then press the
[
ENT
]
key.

GPS
The latitude and lon-
gitude of your current
position, COG (course
over ground), SOG
(speed over ground),
altitude, and the date
will be displayed below
the VOL meter on the
screen.
