Menu Mode
The FT-891 Menu mode, already described in parts of many previous chapters, is easy to
activate and setup. The Menus may be used to configure many of transceiver parameters,
some of which have not been detailed previously. Use the following procedure to activate
the Menu mode:
1. Press and hold in the
[
F
]
key for one sec-
ond to activate the Menu mode.
2. Rotate the
MULTI function knob to select
the Menu Item to be adjusted.
3. Press the
MULTI function knob, and then
rotate it to adjust the selected Menu item.
4. When the adjustment is satisfactory, press
the
MULTI function knob to save the new
setting.
5. Press the
[
F
]
key to exit the Menu mode
and return to normal operation.
