• Oil seals ®
• Bearings@
• Rubber boot @
Wear/damage ~ Replace.
**********************************
• Tighten the pivot shaft (right) ® until it
contacts the collar.
~ Pivot shaft (right):
~ 7 Nm (0.7 m • kg, 5.1 ft • Ib)
Pivot shaft (left):
100 Nm (10 m • kg, 72.3 ft • Ib)
LOCTITE®
Tightening steps:
• Tighten the pivot shaft (left) <D to specifi-
cation.
SWINGARM INSTALLATION
1.1nstall:
•
Swingarm
• Pivot shaft {left} <D
• Pivot shaft (right) ®
• Pivot shaft nut @
• Tighten the pivot shaft nut @ to specifica-
tion.
~ • Pivot shaft nut:
~ 100 Nm (10 m • kg, 72.3 ft • Ib)
