As standard, the tread 1500 mm is set at the production plant.
Setting of rear wheel treads is made by changing the rim and disc positions with lifted
rear part of the tractor. It is necessary so that free turning of wheels could be
enabled.
Before lifting don’t forget to secure the tractor against movement by blocking
the front wheels!
After tread changing tighten all screws connecting the disc with the rim by torque
200 - 220 Nm and nuts of screws connecting the disc with the wheel shaft by torque
400 - 470 Nm.
Retighten screws to the prescribed level after each loosening of rim connection.
Retighten connections again to the prescribed torque after driving the distance 100
m with unloaded tractor.
Retighten connections after 3 hours of operation with loaded tractor.
After 10 hours again check tightening of disc nuts and rim connections.
Up to operating the first 100 hours frequently check tightening of disc nuts and rim
connections at front and rear wheels (minimally 6-times within first 100 hours).
Then after each 100 operation hours check again tightening of disc nuts and rim
connections at the front and rear wheels.
