Adjust clutch lever play
To increase clutch play: turn
the screw 1 into handlebar fit-
ting.
To decrease clutch play: turn
the screw 1 out of handlebar
fitting.
Check clutch lever play
( 140).
Repeat these operations until
the clutch play is correctly ad-
justed.
Coolant
Checking coolant level
Park motorcycle, ensuring that
support surface is firm and
level.
Read off coolant level on ex-
pansion tank 1. Direction of
view: from front looking at
outer side of right-hand side
trim panel.
Required coolant level
between MIN and MAX
marks on the expansion tank
(Engine cold)
If coolant level drops below ap-
proved level:
Add coolant.
Topping up coolant
Removing fairing side panel
