2 Connect the patient circuit to the
patient air outlet on the ventilator.
3 Connect the pilot pressure tube at
the back of the ventilator.
4 Connect the other end of the patient circuit to the patient interface.

4.4.2 Connect a Leakage Patient Circuit
This kind of patient circuit should not be be used in MPV mode.
1 Inspect the circuit for damages.
2 Connect the patient circuit to the
patient air outlet on the ventilator.
3 Connect the other end of the patient circuit to the patient interface.
If having a patient interface without integrated leakage port: Make sure to use a leakage
port between the circuit and the patient interface.
4 Select the type of circuit. See .
4.4.3 Connect an MPV Circuit
This kind of circuit shall be used in MPV mode only.
