Restoring the Login Password to the Factory Default
If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can restore the default password by running the
Restore Cisco Digital Media Encoder 2000 Factory Defaults option. For more information, see
Restore Cisco Digital Media Encoder 2000 Factory Defaults in the System Configuration section
in the following sections.
Alerts
The representation below provides you with a representation of a page that allows you to control
how the Cisco Digital Media Encoder 2000 handles application alerts that may occur during
streaming or other operations. The Cisco Digital Media Encoder 2000 can optionally send an email
to multiple recipients and light the alarm light on the front panel of the Cisco Digital Media Encoder
2000.
