When you configure mode VC-1x, seven TUG-2 payloads are created. TUG-2 payloads can be of two
types, VC-11 and VC-12. Default for TUG-2 payload mode is VC-11.
TUG-2 payload VC-11 can be configured as VC or T1 and the range is 1 to 4.
TUG-2 payload VC-12 can be configured as VC or E1 and the range is 1 to 3.
