112 Replacing the Battery

Remove the battery by prying it out of its
socket with your fingers.

Insert the new battery (CR2032) into the
socket with the side labeled "+" facing up,
and press the battery into place.

Replace the computer cover (see "Replacing
the Computer Cover" on page 119).
NOTICE: To connect a network cable, first plug
the cable into the network port or device and then plug it into the computer.

Connect your computer and devices to electrical outlets, and then turn
them on.

Enter system setup (see "System Setup" in the
Owner’s Manual
) and
restore the settings you recorded in step 1.

Properly dispose of the old battery. See the
