7.5 Servicing and Troubleshooting
WARNING
Servicing must be performed by authorized
personnel. Serious injury or death can result
from not heeding this instruction.
WARNING
Label all wires prior to disconnection when
servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause
improper and dangerous operation. Verify
proper operation after servicing.
WARNING
CUT HAZARD! THERE ARE
SHARP EDGES ON VARIOUS
SHEET METAL PARTS INTERNAL
TO THE ENCLOSURE. USE
SAFETY CONSCIOUSNESS WHEN
PLACING OR MOVING YOUR
HANDS WHILE WORKING IN
THE INTERIOR OF THIS
EQUIPMENT.
WARNING
If any of the following symptoms occur on
this dryer, check the suggested remedies
listed below. If all probable causes have
been eliminated and the symptom still
exists, contact your local Dexter agent for
further troubleshooting assistance.
WARNING
SHOCK HAZARD! THERE IS
HIGH VOLTAGE AND
MOVING PARTS BEHIND
THE GUARDS. USE THE
SUPPLY DISCONNECTING
DEVICE FOR EACH SUPPLY
TO THE DRYER TO LOCK
OUT AND TAG OUT THE
UNIT BEFORE SERVICING.
FAILURE TO DO SO CAN
CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY
OR EVEN DEATH.
INFORMATION
Lock-out and tag-out the
power supply before
servicing.
INFORMATION
Sheet metal parts, such as
guards and covers, can cause
cuts and lacerations when
handling. Cut gloves or
similarly rated PPE should be
used when handling these
parts.
