Check that the number (upper number) displayed on the ink pressure meter on the car-
riage is as shown below.
The upper number is the pressure needed to keep the print head nozzle surface in optimum condition,
and the lower number is the pressure during head cleaning.
If the upper number does not reach the number shown below, contact your local dealer or Epson support.
A Temperature meter
Upper number: Current value
Lower number: Set value
B Level key
Changes the setting level.
C Mode key
Changes the item in the setting level.
D Shift key
Allows the user to define functions.
E Down/up keys
Changes the values.
A Color ink, varnish: -3.0 to -3.9
B White ink: -4.0 to -4.9
