5.2.12 PF Torque Check Pattern Print
[Adjustment Procedure]
1. Select PF torque check pattern print in the adjustment program.
2. Click the [Print] button to print PF torque check pattern.
3. Check the adjustment result in each pattern.
[Replacement parts list]
This pattern is used to check wthether parts driven with PF motor operates normally when the
following parts is exchanged.
- Ink System
- Frame Front
- Peper Eject Roller
- PF motor
[Treatment procedure for NG product]
Step1) Replace the repaired (replaced) part with new one.
Step2) Print the check pattern, and check the adjustment result.
Step3) If the result is NG level, please exchange the mecha unit.
Step4) Perform step2) again.
