Removal
(1)
Remove the Joint #4 motor unit.
Reference: 12.1 Replacing Joint #4 Motor “Joint #4 motor Removal”

Remove the Joint #4 intermediate unit and then remove the U1 belt.

U1 belt
Installation
(1)
Apply the proper tension to
U2 belt, and secure the Joint #4 intermediate unit.

Apply the proper tension to U1 belt, and secure the Joint #4 motor unit.

Perform the calibration for the Joint #4.
