Note • The Fax service is not available for some models. An optional component is required. For more
information, contact our Customer Support Center.
• LINE 2 (Line 2) and LINE 3 (Line 3) are optional.
• HANDSET and EXT. LINE are not used.
• ISDN connection is not available.
• When you talk into the external telephone receiver connected to TEL, only the line connected to
LINE 1 is available. (LINE 2 and LINE 3 are not available.)

Note • The Finisher-A1 is optional. The common features of the Finisher-A1, Finisher-B1, and C3 Finisher
described in this guide are referred to as the "finisher".

Enables you to connect the machine to a telephone
device.
Do not connect any device (fax system) other than a
telephone.
Note • When using the TEL
terminal, open the cover
with an object such as a
coin.
4 LINE 1 Line 1 Use this connector to connect to a telephone line.
5 LINE 2 / ISDN 1 Line 2 Use this connector to connect to a telephone line.
6 LINE 3 / ISDN 2 Line 3 Use this connector to connect to a telephone line.
