8.3.2 Add Email User
Purpose:
Alarm messages are sent to receiving emails via sending emails.
Before you start:
Set DNS server first. Refer to section 8.2.5.1 DNS Server for detailed steps.
8.3.2.1 Configure Sending Email
Steps:
1. Go to System > Alarm.
2. Click Configure SMPT.
3. Enter User Name, Password, SMTP, and SMTP Port.
User Name: Sending email account.
Password: Sending email password.
SMTP: Sending email server website.
SMTP Port No.: sending email server port.
4. Click OK to add the sending email.

8.3.2.2 Receiving Email
Steps:
1. Go to System > Alarm.
2. Click Add Email User.
3. Enter Email and User Name.
4. Choose Event Level as Alarm Event or Serious Event.
5. Click OK to add the user. The added email account is listed in List of email alarm users.
