1. Unless you are performing an offline disaster recovery, add the account with
the following properties to the Data Protector Admin user group on the Cell
Manager, depending on the operating system of the target system:
Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 systems:
• Type: Windows
• Name: SYSTEM
• Group/Domain: NT AUTHORITY
• Client: the temporary hostname of the system being recovered
A temporary hostname is assigned to the system by the Windows
Preinstallation Environment (WinPE). You can retrieve it by running the
hostname command in the Command Prompt window of the WinPE.
Other Windows systems:
• Type: Windows
• Name: DRM$Admin
• Group/Domain: hostname of the target system
• Client: fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the target system
