36 How do I disable or enable the Link+
feature on my router
You can disable or enable a router's Link+ feature through the web-based
management page. If Link+ is disabled and you want to use your router with
another device that supports Link+, such as another router, a Wi-Fi extender, you
will not be able to use a single H (or Hi) button to establish a HarmonyOS Mesh+
network. Wi-Fi names and passwords from multiple devices will not automatically
synchronize, and multiple Wi-Fi networks will appear in your home.
To disable the Link+ feature, follow these steps:
Step 1 Connect your computer to the router's Wi-Fi (or connect the computer to the
router's LAN port using an Ethernet cable). In the browser address bar, enter the
default IP address and log in to the router's web-based management page(check
the nameplate at the bottom of the router for the default IP address).
For routers that feature self-adaptive ports, you do not need to distinguish between WAN
and LAN ports.
Step 2 Go to More Functions > Network Settings > Link+ Settings, and toggle Link+
o and Save to disable the Link+ feature.
