Severity of the error
The element x indicates the severity of the error. The value x can be:
v A for Action: GUI error messages. The user must perform a specific action.
v C for Critical: A critical error occurred which must be corrected by the user or
system administrator.
v D for Debug: Used only for debug purposes.
v I for Informational: No operation action required.
v W for Warning: An error occurred that should be investigated and fixed.

These two error code examples illustrate how to interpret the alphanumeric
elements based on the information provided above.
Example 1
Source: Network problems between the third file module and the management
node.
Error code and message:
210000x – The Ethernet port0 has failed and is unresponsive.
210001x – A network failure was detected between Ethernet port 0 (mgmt0sl0) and
the management node. Link down.
210002x – A network degradation was detected between Ethernet port 0
(mgmt0sl0) and the management node. There are high packet losses occurring.
210003x – A network degradation was detected between Ethernet port 0
(mgmt0sl0) and the management node. High collisions detected.
