■ Memory bank setting
The IC-T70A/T70E has a total of 26 banks (A to Z). Regular
memory channels 0 to 249 and scan edge memory channels
0A to 24b are assigned to any desired bank for easy memory
management.
q Push and hold [S.MW](V/M/C) for 1 sec. to enter the select
memory write mode.
•1shortand1longbeepsounds.
•The“
” icon and memory channel number blink.
w Rotate [DIAL] to select a desired memory channel.
e Push [SET] to select the “bAnk” item.
•Thebankgroupandchannelnumberaredisplayediftheselected
memory channel has already been assigned to a bank.
r Rotate [DIAL] to select a desired bank group from “A” to “Z.”
t Push [BAND] to select the bank channel digit, then rotate
[DIAL] to select the bank channel number from “00” to “99.”
•Push[BAND] to toggle the bank group selection and bank chan-
nel selection.
y Push and hold [S.MW](V/M/C) for 1 sec. to assign the
channel to the bank.
•Return to the previous indication before entering the select
memory write mode.
