 Computer model and operating system
 Processor type and speed (MHz)
 Amount of memory (MB) and free hard disk space
Printer information
 Model number (located on top of the printer)
 Kodak service number (located inside the printer)
 Exact printer error message received in the Printer Status Monitor (Windows)
 A printed test page (see Printing a test page)
Software information
 Version of Kodak EasyShare software (from the Help menu, select About Kodak EasyShare
software to view the About box)
 Version of Kodak Home Centre software (from the Home Centre Help panel, click the Info
button to view the About box)
