OPERATION
EXPLANATION OF COMPONENTS
CAP WITH LOCK
The radiator sub tank filler port, fuel tank filler port, transmission filler port (if equipped), and hydraulic tank filler port
(if equipped) are equipped with locks. Use the starting switch key to open or close the cap.
METHOD OF OPENING AND CLOSING CAP WITH LOCK
TO OPEN THE CAP
1.
Insert the starting switch key into the cap as far as it will go (to
the shoulder).
If the starting switch key is turned before it is inserted all the
way, it may break.
2.
Turn the starting switch key counterclockwise and bring the
rotor groove in line with the aligning mark on the cap. Turn the
cap slowly until a "clicking" sound is made. This releases the
lock and allows the cap to be opened.
TO LOCK THE CAP
1.
Screw the cap into place.
2.
Turn the starting switch key counterclockwise and take the key out.
