Using the Utility Mode

7.4 Custom Size Input
When paper of a nonstandard size is to be loaded in the 1st Tray, use this function
to set the custom size.

Before making this setting, be sure to select “size input” for “Paper Size
Detection” of User’s Choice.

are entered, refer to the illustration on
the right to study the convention of the
paper length and width.
Custom Size Input Procedure (1st Tray)
1 Call the Utility Mode to the Display.

Display, enter “4” from the 10-Key
Pad.
3 Press the [Start] key.
