20.7 Deleting Exams
1. In an expanded exam, click on the trash can icon next to the study you want to delete.
2. Click Delete to permanently delete the exam. (Any raw images associated with the deleted exam will still remain
in the image archive.)
20.8 Adding an Exam Procedure to a Completed Patient Exam
1. Select a patient from the Completed tab of the Ultra software window.
2. Click [ add exam ] below the patient’s last exam.
3. Select the exam procedure and click Choose.
NOTE: You will NOT see the new exam on the Completed tab. The new exam will be added to the Worklist tab.
Any completed exams remain on the Completed tab.
4. Continue the process of editing the exam as outlined in “Creating New Patient Exams”.
20.9 Adding an Image to a Completed Exam
1. Select a patient from the completed tab of the Ultra software window.
