6.24 Locking the steering (All EXC models)

Danger of damage The parked vehicle may roll away or fall over.
– Always place the vehicle on a firm and even surface.

– Park the vehicle.
– Turn the handlebar as far as possible to the right.
– Insert the key in the steering lock, turn it to the left, press it in and turn it to the
right. Remove the key.
Steering is no longer possible.

Never leave the key in the steering lock.
6.25 Unlocking the steering (All EXC models)

– Insert the key in the steering lock, turn it to the left, pull it out and turn it to the
right. Remove the key.
You can now steer the bike again.
