1.
Remove
the
hydraulic pipes.
(See
page 5.2-8)
2.
Unscrew
the
control
valve
adaptor
mounting
screws
(4), and remove
the
control valve
(2)
with
the control valve adaptor
(3).
3.
Unscrew
the
control valve
mounting
screws (1),
and
remove
the
control
valve
from
the
control
valve adaptor.
(When reassembling)
• Take care
not
to
damage
the
O-rings (5).

1.
Unscrew
the
valve cover
mounting
screws (10), and
remove
the
valve cover
(11)
with
the
control lever
(7).
2.
Pull
out
the
spool (13).
3.
Unscrew
the
screw (1), and remove
the
gasket (2),
stopper spring
(3)
and steel ball (4).
4.
Flatten
the
lock washer (5), and unscrew
the
valve
guide arm
mounting
screw (6).
5.
Remove
the
control lever (7) and valve guide arm
(8).
(When reassembling)
• Visually inspect
the
spool
for
signs
of
scori ng
or
damage.
If
defects are found, replace it.
• Replace
the
valve cover gasket (14)
with
a
new
one.
• Take care
not
to
damage
the
O-ring (9).
• Correctly insert
the
spring pin (12)
ofthe
spool (13)
in
the
groove
of
the
valve guide arm (8).
