Continuity between Terminals "3" and "6"
1. Disconnect the 8P connector, and remove the relay box.
2. Check that there is no continuity between the terminals ''1''
and "6".
3. Apply battery voltage across the terminals "4" and "8", and
check
that there is continuity between the terminals "3" and
"6·· .
4. If operation is not as specified, replace the relay box.
Continuity between Terminals "1" and "7"
1. Disconnect the 8P connector, and remove the relay box.
2. Check that there is no continuity between the terminals "1"
and "7".
3. Apply battery voltage across the terminals "4" and "2", and
check
that there is continuity between the terminals "1" and
"7",
4. Apply battery voltage across the terminals "5" and "2", and
across
the terminals "1" and "2".
Then, check that there is continuity between the terminals
"1" and "7".
5. If operation is not as specified, replace the relay box.
