BParking Brake Lever
To release the parking brake, depress the brake pedals
and shift the lever to transport position.
A When setting the parking brake, shift the main gear
shift lever to "N" position. (The parking brake can be
set only when the main gear shift lever is at the "N"
position.)
A When shifting the main gear shift lever, shift the
parking brake lever to transport position. (The main
gear shift lever can be shifted only when the parking
brake lever is at transport position.)
A In moving the parking brake lever, you may feel it
heavy some time or light other time. This is not a
trouble, however.
STOPPING
BStopping
1. Slow down the engine.
2. Step on the clutch and brake pedal.
3. After the tractor has stopped, disengage the PTO,
lower the implement to the ground, shift the
transmission to neutral, release the clutch pedal, and
set the parking brake.
CHECK DURING DRIVING
BImmediately Stop the Engine if:
A The engine suddenly slows down or accelerates,
A Unusual noises are suddenly heard,
A Exhaust fumes suddenly become very dark,
BEasy Checker(TM)
If the warning lamps in the Easy Checker(TM) come on
during operation, immediately stop the engine, and find
the cause as shown below.
Never operate the tractor while Easy Checker(TM) lamp is
on.
Engine oil pressure
If the oil pressure in the engine goes below the
prescribed level, the warning lamp in the Easy
Checker(TM) will come on.
If this should happen during operation, and it does not
go off when the engine is accelerated to more than
1000 rpm, check level of engine oil.

8. Unlock the Parking Brake and Slowly
Release the Clutch.
