(3) Changing speed
Mechanical type
HST type
For about operating method of the control levers
and pedals, see chapter 3 in this manual.
The driving speed of the HST models is
controlled by the HST pedals depending on the
displacement of the pedals.
Set the engine speed properly with throttle lever.
The driving speed is changed proportionally
depending on the displacement of the lever.
Before shifting the range gear shift lever or 4WD
lever,
- release the HST pedals to be returned to the
neutral position.
- press down the brake pedals and stop the
tractor completely.
Set an appropriate driving speed according to
the road conditions.

Depress the clutch pedal fully and operate all
the shift levers correctly. For about operating
method of the control levers and pedals, see
chapter 3 in this manual.
Before shifting the main gear shift lever, range
gear shift lever or 4WD lever,
- press down the clutch pedal and brake pedals.
- stop the tractor completely.
Set an appropriate driving speed according to
the road conditions.
