1.Disengagealldrives.

2.Engageparkingbrake.

3.Lowerallattachmentstotheground,or

raiseandengageallsafetylocks.

4.Shutoffengine.

5.Removekeyfromkeyswitch.

6.Switchoffbatterykey,ifinstalled.

7.Waitforallmachinemovementtostop.

Failuretocomplycouldresultindeathorse-

riousinjury.

Toparkthetractorcarryoutthefollowingprocedures:

1.ReleasetheHSTforwardorreversepedal(1)slowly

anddepressthebrakepedals(2).Pullthehandthrot-

tlelever(3)rearwardtoreducetheenginespeed.

NOTE:Parkthetractoronalevelsurface,ifitisnec-

essarytoparkonaslope,placetherangegearshift

leverinthelowestgearandplacechocksorblocksin

frontorbehindthetiresdependingonthedirectionof

theslope.

2.MakesurethePTOswitch(4)isinthe"OFF"position.

3.PushtheHPLcontrollever(5)forwardtolowerimple-

ments(ifequipped)totheground.Turnthekey(6)to

the"STOP"position.

4.Engagetheparkbrake(7)andreleasethebrakeped-

alsslowly.
