Changingfrontaxledifferentialandnalreductiongearcaseoil
NOTE:Thefrontaxledifferentialcaseandnalreductiongearcaseoilshouldbechangedafterevery600operating
hours.
1.Placeasuitablecontainerbeneaththeoilplugs.With
theoilatnormaloperatingtemperature,draintheoilby
removingthedrainplugs(1)Aftertheoilhasdrained,
reinstallthedrainplugsanddiscardtheusedoil.

2.Removethellerplug(2)andcheckplugs(3).
3.Filltheaxlewith
NEWHOLLANDAMBRAHYPOIDE90
oiluntiltheoilowsoutoftheoillevelcheckplugport
(3)Reinstallthellerandcheckplugs,handtightonly.

4.Raisethefrontaxleuntilbothwheelsareofftheground.
5.Tiltaxleuntilstopsarecontacted.
6.Slowlyandmomentarilyremoveplug(4)fromthelower
sidenaldrivehousing.Thiswillallowanyairthat
istrappedinthelowerhousingtoescape,sothatthe
correctoillevelcanbeachieved.Reinstallplugandtilt
axletheoppositedirection.Repeatthisprocedurefor
theothernaldrivehousing.
7.Loweraxlebacktotheground.
8.Recheckoillevelatcheckplugport(3),addoilif
neededuntiltheoilowsoutoftheoillevelcheckplug
port.
9.Aftercorrectoillevelisachieved,tightenallplugs.
