1.Disengagealldrives.
2.Engageparkingbrake.
3.Lowerallattachmentstotheground,or
raiseandengageallsafetylocks.
4.Shutoffengine.
5.Removekeyfromkeyswitch.
6.Switchoffbatterykey,ifinstalled.
7.Waitforallmachinemovementtostop.
Failuretocomplycouldresultindeathorse-
riousinjury.

Toparkthetractorcarryoutthefollowingprocedures:
1.Depresstheclutchpedal(1)andbrakepedals(2).
Pullthehandthrottlelever(3)rearwardtoreducethe
enginespeed.
NOTE:Parkthetractoronalevelsurface,ifitisneces-
sarytoparkonaslope,placethetransmissioninthe
lowestgearandplacechocksorblocksinfrontorbe-
hindthetiresdependingonthedirectionoftheslope.
2.Placetheshuttleshiftlever(4)maingearshiftlever(5)
inneutralandmakesurethePTOswitch(6)isinthe
"OFF"position.
3.PushtheHPLcontrollever(7)forwardtolowerimple-
ments(ifequipped)totheground.Turnthekey(8)to
the"STOP"position.
4.Engagetheparkbrake(9)andreleasethebrakeped-
alsandclutchpedalslowly.
