Customising profiles
1. In the
Profiles
menu, the
following Profiles list appears:
•
General
this is the default
setting
•
Silent
mutes all ringing tones
•
Meeting
sets the phone tones
to be quiet
•
Outdoor
sets the phone tones
to be loud
•
My style
is a more casual
profile
•
Empty
You can replace the profile
Empty
with a profile that you
have received e.g. from your
service provider. For
availability and other
information, contact your
service provider or other
profile provider
2. To customise the profiles, scroll
to the desired profile , for
example
General
, and
press
Options
.
3. Select
Personalise
and press
OK
.
• If you select
Activate
, the
selected profile is only set on.
The profile cannot be
customised.
4. Scroll to the desired setting, for
example
Ringing tone
, and press
Select
.
5. While in the list of ringing tones,
scroll to the desired option and
press
OK
.
Tone settings for profiles
Incoming call alert
You can define how the phone will
notify you of an incoming voice call.
The options available are:
Ringing
,
Ascending
,
Ring once
,
Beep Once
,
Caller Groups
and
Off
.
Ringing tone
Sets the ringing tone for voice calls.
Ringing volume
Sets the volume level for the ringing
and message alert tones.
Composer
You can compose a ringing tone of
your own. The composed tones are
shown last in the ringing tone list.
Note:
Your phone must be
switched on to use this
function. Do not switch on
the phone when wireless
phone use is prohibited or
when it may cause
interference or danger.
Creating a new ringing tone
1. Scroll to the tone
that you want to
edit and press
Select
.
