The timer must be between 0000 and 4095 for the CJ1-H-R and CJ2 CPU Units and between 0000
and 0015 decimal for other PLCs.
S: Set Value
The set value must be between #0000 and 9999 (BCD).
&0 to 65535 decimal or #0000 to FFFF hex (binary)
