TheWIisatoolfortechniciansto“quick‐install”alinkwithminimumeffort.Thetechnician
mayusetheWItoinstallalinkforEthernetservice.
Itmayalsobeemployedbyauserforaquicklookatcurrentoperatingparametersandthe
RecentEventslogs.IfthelinkwaspreviouslyinstalledusingtheRADWINManager,thenthe
WImonitorwindowwillalsoshowTDMservices.

SupposethatyouhaveSiteA(managingcomputer)onIPaddress10.104.2.2andSitB(over‐
the‐air)onIPaddress10.104.2.4,youwouldsimplypointyourbrowsertoeitherofthese
addressesandlogonasshownbelow.AsfarastheWIisconcerned,thesitetowhichyou

onbecomesthemanagedsiteandtheothersiteis“seen”astheover‐the‐airsiteregardless
ofthesitetowhichyouarephysicallyconnected.
