SYMPTOM
The paper tray cannot be pulled out.
CAUSE
The user closes the tray with force, which causes the stretch pin [A] to ride up on the
stretch unit [B]. The mechanical interference between these parts prevents the tray from
being pulled out.
SOLUTION
Do the following procedure.
1. Pull out the the paper tray as far as possible.
