SYMPTOM
Yellow and/or magenta areas on the image are not printed or are misaligned.
CAUSE
The exit cover is pressed down with force when closed. This causes the cover to bend inward
(downward) and move the laser unit slightly from its original position. As a result, the paths of
the yellow and/or magenta beams are shifted.
SOLUTION
Temporary solution
Do the following:
1. Open the front door [A] and then remove the cover [B] (screws x 1).
