Sets or queries the decoding type of the specified decoding bus.

Remarks
Except PARallel, all the other decodings are options. Only when the specified option is
installed, can the command is available.

The query returns PAR, RS232, SPI, IIC, IIS, LIN, CAN, FLEX, or M1553.
