Setting up the camera mode Self-timer ( )
ƈ You can set up the camera mode by pressing the mode icon. In Night scene
mode, you can select the shutter speed and aperture value.

ſIn ASR mode, ISO is fixed to AUTO and EV is fixed to 0.0EV.
ſDepending on the recording mode, the selectable sub menus can be varied.
ſTo maintain the characteristics of each scene modes, some menus appear but
can't be selected.

ƈ Images can be taken after pre-set interval with this menu. Select a desired self-
timer icon on the LCD monitor. (p.6)
ƃ In Movie Clip mode, only the 10SEC self-timer will work.
ƃ When you select 2SEC self-timer with flash, the delay (2 second) can be
extended according to the flash charging status.
ƃ If you operate the Shutter button during the self-timer operation, the self-
timer function is cancelled.
ƃ Use a tripod to prevent camera shake.
