Changing the Passcode
To change the passcode for the specially-formatted SMS messages:
1. Select > Settings > Security, and then enter your lock
code. (The Security menu is displayed.)
2. Select Others > Found Me > Chg Passcode.
3. Enter a new passcode (11 digits).
4. Reenter the new passcode.
Security Features for Sprint PCS Vision®
Enabling and Disabling Sprint PCS Vision Services
You can disable Sprint PCS Vision services without turning
off your phone; however, you will not have access to all
Sprint PCS Vision services, including Web and messaging.
Disabling Sprint PCS Vision will avoid any charges associated
with Sprint PCS Vision services. While signed out, you can still
place or receive phone calls, check voicemail, and use other
voice services. You may enable Sprint PCS Vision services again
at any time.
To disable Sprint PCS Vision services:
1. Select > Settings > PCS Vision > Disable Vision.
(A message will appear.)
2. Press Disable (right softkey) to confirm that you want to
sign out.
To enable Sprint PCS Vision services:
1. Select > Settings > PCS Vision > Enable Vision.
(A message will appear.)
2. Press OK to enable Vision service.
