Service Program - Step motor
Handling
1. Go into the Service program - Sensor menu by pressing the buttons (A) and (C) as shown in illustration
and turn on the power switch
2. When this program has started correctly, it is possible to Check the Starting point of each step motor
3. To quit this program, turn off the power switch.
By pressing the button #1,
Zigzag step motor will move to starting point= Left position.
By pressing the button # 2,
Feed step motor will move to starting point.
By pressing the button # 4,
thread tension step motor will move to starting point.
By pressing the button #5,
thread tension pulse motor (Y) will be power on.
The message “ON” will appear on the lower right side of LCD.
By pressing this button #5 again, the power of thread tension
step motor will turn off.
The message “ON” will disappear on the lower right side of LCD
By pressing the button #4,
The Start/Stop button light function can be checked.
First touch = Red light will go on.
Seconded touch = Green light will go on.
Third touch = Lamp will go off
