Storing the Power-up Configuration
To store the Meter’s present configuration as a power-up configuration:
1. Press M.
2. Press the STORE CONFIG softkey.
3. Press the STORE POWER-UP softkey.
The Meter configuration stored as a power-up configuration will be set whenever the
Meter is powered on.
Note
LAN port remote settings (address, hostname, DHCP, mask, etc.) are saved
separately when selected in each instrument, and are not included in
individually stored/copied configurations.
Recalling the Power-up Configuration
In addition to having the power-up configuration to set up the Meter at power on, the
power-up configuration can be recalled through the front-panel keys. To recall the power-
up configuration:
1. Press M.
2. Press the RECALL POWER-UP softkey.

3. Press the RECALL CONFIG softkey.
Note
The RECALL POWER-UP softkey will only appear when a power-up
configuration has been saved in the Meter’s memory.
Removing the Power-up Configuration
To remove the Meter’s stored power-up configuration:
4. Press M.
5. Press the STORE CONFIG softkey.
6. Press the REMOVE POWER-UP softkey.
After removing the power-up configuration, power the Meter down and back up using the
rear-panel power switch to restore factory default settings.
