Sample numeric and cursor control overlay
Using the overlay to type numeric data
The keys with the numbers on their right front are the
numeric overlay keys.
To turn the numeric overlay on, press
Fn and F11
simultaneously. The numeric mode light glows when the
numeric overlay is on.
Once the numeric overlay is turned on:
To Procedure
Type lowercase letters Press and hold down
Fn while you
type the letters.
Type uppercase letters Press
Fn and Shift simultaneously
while you type the letters.
Use the cursor control keys Press and hold down
Shift while you
use the overlay keys, then release
Shift
to return to the numeric overlay.
