– Pull out locking pin - T10027- from tensioning roller.
Always start engine and check belt running after completing work.
– Install
front right wheel housing liner ⇒ General body repairs,
exterior; Rep. gr. 66 ; Wheel housing liner; Removing and
installing front wheel housing liner .
– Install noise insulation ⇒ General body repairs, exterior; Rep.
gr. 66 ; Noise insulation; Assembly overview – noise insula‐
tion .
1.4 Removing and installing tensioner for
poly V-belt
– Remove poly V-belt ⇒ page 31 .
– Unscrew bolt -2- and remove tensioning element -1-.
– Install
in reverse order. During this step, observe the following:
Bolted connection
Torque setting
Tensioning element on bracket for ancillaries 50 Nm
