Create a new directory entry (continued)

1. When the deskset is idle, press /DIR.
2. When a directory entry appears, press MENU/SELECT.
• If the directory is empty, press MENU/SELECT and then go to step 4.
3. Press or to scroll to Add contact, then press MENU/SELECT or /SKIP.
4. The screen displays Enter number. Use the dialing keys to enter the
number (up to 32 digits).
5. Press MENU/SELECT to save. The deskset displays Enter name. Use the
dialing keys to enter the name (up to 24 characters).
6. Press MENU/SELECT to save. To exit without making changes, press CANCEL to
return to the previous menu.
Review directory entries
1. When the deskset is idle, press /DIR. The screen displays the first entry in
the directory.
2. Press or to browse through the directory. Entries appear in alphabetical
order.
3. Press CANCEL to return to idle mode.
