You can transfer a call to any other system telephone. Only the recipient
extension can answer the transferred call.
Blind transfer
While on a call, you can transfer a call directly without notifying the
desired extension:
Press TRANSFER on the console while on a call.
Press or to scroll to the desired extension, thento scroll to the desired extension, then
press MENU/SELECT or /SKIP. The outside call is
automatically transferred to the desired extension.
The destination device rings. You can resume the call
by pressing the corresponding flashing line key (LINE 1-
LINE 4) on the console before the destination device answers the call.
NOTES:
You cannot transfer or forward a call to any external number without subscription of call
forwarding services from your telephone services provider.
If the mailbox of the destination extension is off, the transferred call will only ring five times on
the destination extension. If the destination extension does not answer within that period, the
transferred call rings back the initiating device. If the initiating device does not answer the call.
The call ends after it has been in the transfer process for 10 minutes.
The selection of line mode does not affect this process.
