Introduction
Welch Allyn has updated the Spot Vital Signs from its original configuration; offering a
Pressure Preset option (Version 2, page 14) instead of a Print option (Version 1, page 13).
In addition, some Version 2 configurations offer Masimo SpO
2
technology.

WARNING Spot Vital Signs is not intended to take measurements on neonatal
patients. The AAMI SP10:1992 standard defines neonates as children 28 days or
less of age if born at term (37 weeks gestation or more); otherwise up to 44
gestational weeks.
