Installing the carburetor
Do not reuse an O-ring or gasket, always
replace it with a new one.
1. Install the clamps a and b temporarily
onto the fuel hose c.
2. Connect the fuel hose c, and then
fasten it using the clamp a.
3. Install new gaskets d, the spacer e, the
carburetor f, a new O-ring g, and the
intake silencer h to the intake manifold
i.
4. Connect the oil return hose j and fuel
hose c, and then fasten the fuel hose
using the clamp b.
5. Install a new gasket k and the intake
manifold i, and then tighten the intake
manifold bolt l to the specified torque.
6. Install the blowby hose m.
Installing the throttle cable and
throttle link
1. Install the lever a, throttle cam b, collar
c, washer d, and holder e.
2. Turn the throttle grip to the fully closed
position.
