2. In the Forward block, mark the desired radio box in the Mode field.

Phone Mode
Activating Call Forward in Phone Mode
Procedure:
1. Navigate to Menu->Features->Call Forward, and then select a desired forwarding type.
2. Select Enabled from the Always Forward/Busy Forward/No Answer Forward field.
For the SIP-T48S/T48G IP phone, tap the On radio box of the Always Forward/Busy
Forward/No Answer Forward field.
3. Enter the destination number you want to forward incoming calls to in the Forward to field.
4. If you select the No Answer Forward option, select the desired ring time to wait before
forwarding from the After Ring Time field.
5. (Optional.) Enter the always/busy/no answer forward on code or off code respectively in the
On Code or Off Code field.
If the forward on code or off code is configured, the IP phone sends the corresponding
code to the server when a certain action takes place. For example, if you set the Always
Forward on code to be *71 (may vary on different servers), and the target number to be
1234. When you activate Always Forward on the IP phone, the IP phone sends *711234 to
the server, and then the server will activate Always Forward feature on the server side,
hence being able to get the right status of the extension.
6. Press Save.
The call forward icon on the Idle screen indicates that the call forward is activated.
