Voice mail code is configurable via web user interface at the path Account->Advanced.
Note
Leaving Voice Mails
You can leave a voice mail for someone when he/she is busy or inconvenient to answer the call.
Follow the voice prompt from the system server to leave a voice mail, and then hang up.
Listening to Voice Mails
Procedure:
1. Navigate to Menu->Message->Voice Mail->View Voice Mail.
The LCD screen displays the amount of new and old voice mails.
When the LCD screen prompts that the phone receives a new voice mail, you can press the
MESSAGE key or Connect to dial out the voice mail access code.
2. Highlight an account, and then press Connect to listen to voice mails.
On the SIP-T48S/T48G IP phone, tap the account to listen to voice mails.
3. Follow the voice prompt to listen to your voice mails.
On the SIP-T48S/T48G IP phone, you can tap the icon when the phone is idle to open the
dialog box, and then tap Connect.
From the Idle screen, you can also press a Voice Mail key to listen to voice mail directly. For
more information on how to configure a Voice Mail key, refer to Configuring a Voice Mail Key.
Note
Voice mail access codes must be predefined by your system administrator on the system
server.
Before listening to voice mails, ensure that the voice mail code has been configured.
